Replacement Policy

We only offer replacement under the following conditions:

• You received the wrong item
• An item from your order is missing

To be eligible for a replacement:

• You must provide a clear unboxing video
• Video must be recorded without any cuts from the moment the parcel is opened
• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

Without an unboxing video, no replacement request will be accepted.
